Responsibilities
Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across distribution operations
Analyze and evaluate DC systems, processes, tools, and workflows to identify opportunities to improve capacity, throughput, productivity, accuracy, and visibility
Develop and implement new or improved processes to support operational and brand requirements
Create, maintain, and enhance reports to support data‑driven decision making
Test system functionality and troubleshoot WMS‑related issues, updating business rules as needed
Create and update process documentation, layouts, and standard operating procedures
Train Distribution Center staff on new processes and tools
Provide updates on project progress, timelines, and outcomes
Support a safe, organized, and secure facility environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a distribution center, supply chain, or similar operational environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights
Advanced Excel proficiency (data management, pivot tables, reporting)
Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and critical‑thinking skills
Detail‑oriented with the ability to work independently
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable communicating with both hourly teams and leadership
Experience handling confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
Curious, proactive, and improvement‑minded
Occasional on‑call support on select Sundays may be required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related engineering/science field preferred
Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives preferred
Bilingual a plus
