Responsibilities
Need a Mainframe resource who has around 7+ years of production support experience
Design, develop, test, and implement COBOL-based programs for banking applications
Perform analysis and debugging of existing COBOL programs to address production issues or enhance functionality
Write and maintain efficient JCL scripts to execute batch of jobs and workflows
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and DB2 database procedures to support application logic and reporting
Participate in code reviews, system integration testing, and performance tuning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA etc
Qualification
Required
7+ years of production support experience
Design, develop, test, and implement COBOL-based programs for banking applications
