Responsibilities
Design and implement strategic initiatives that enhance system reliability, security, and performance
Lead efforts in identifying, analyzing, and resolving system issues proactively, ensuring high availability and reliability
Work closely with development, operations, and product teams to ensure coherent strategy implementation and system deployment
Lead and promote SRE best practices and establish standards for system management across engineering teams
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or similar
Deep knowledge of Azure management, identity (Entra ID), and governance
Solid scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Bash
Familiarity With IaC and container orchestration
Observability with Dynatrace, Azure Insights & Workbooks
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to perform deep dives into Azure resource logs and metrics
Expertise in programming, scripting, and automation
Advanced understanding of cloud platforms, networking, and system diagnostics
