New Grad, Entry LevelWestern Aircraft is seeking an Avionics Systems Installer responsible for tasks related to avionics and electrical systems in aircraft. The role involves the installation, modification, and integration of avionics systems, along with ensuring the care of customer property and maintaining a clean work area.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Perform installations, modifications, and integration of various avionics systems and associated equipment in accordance with OEM installation manuals, drawings, and other approved data
Build, routing, and terminating wire harnesses in accordance with supplied data
Ensures proper care of customer property through all phases of work
Accurately completes required paperwork and work order details in Corridor
Continually keeps clean and organized work area including personal tool box
Meets or beats flat rates for assigned tasks
Understands and follows safety procedures, and utilizes support equipment in a safe manner to accomplish work
Responsible for completing training syllabus for advancement to next level
Performs other duties as directed
Qualification
Required
Must possess the ability to follow detailed instructions
Owns basic hand tools to complete work (list will be provided)
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Ability to obtain Airport Issued security badge
Must have the ability for climbing and bending at the waist, crawling, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, and working at heights
Reaching overhead above the shoulders and horizontally
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
