Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain the enterprise ServiceNow platform in alignment with business and technical requirements
Implement platform enhancements and new functionality based on prioritized backlog stories
Establish and promote ServiceNow development standards, architecture patterns, and best practices
Develop and maintain scalable workflows, business rules, and platform automation
Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight to ServiceNow administrators, developers, architects, and business analysts
Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to refine backlog stories and ensure technical feasibility
Partner with cross-functional ServiceNow development teams to ensure platform consistency and minimize integration or performance risks
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and solution governance processes
Troubleshoot and resolve platform performance issues, workflow failures, and integration challenges
Diagnose and resolve issues involving business rules, workflows, API integrations, and network connectivity
Support platform upgrades, patching, and release management activities
Design, develop, and maintain a reliable and scalable Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Support asset and configuration item (CI) data ingestion from multiple enterprise data sources
Ensure data quality, integrity, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
Understand and manage domain separation impacts and multi-domain usage within ServiceNow
Implement automation solutions leveraging ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, and scripting

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with strong architectural and development expertise
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or CSM
Experience designing and troubleshooting ServiceNow integrations and APIs
Hands-on experience building and maintaining CMDB structures and data ingestion processes
Strong understanding of ServiceNow domain separation and multi-instance architecture
Proven experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly preferred
Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformations or multi-module implementations
Familiarity with IntegrationHub and event-driven integration patterns
