Responsibilities
Provide direct leadership to a team of managers and technical experts, setting clear expectations, developing talent, and driving a high‑performance culture across the organization
Product Roadmap Ownership: Design, develop, and own product roadmaps for AI and Data products aligned with business strategy
Vision & Value Creation: Define vision and deliver measurable value through AI and Data-driven solutions
Solution Architecture Design: Architect integrated solutions with robust data pipelines connecting enterprise systems such as ERP, SFDC, and PLM
Concept-to-Solution Ownership: Drive initiatives from ideation through deployment ensuring scalability and performance
AI Registry & CMDB Management: Maintain AI registry and configuration management database for governance and compliance
Integrated User Experience: Design seamless user experiences across AI and Data platforms for intuitive adoption
Qualification
Required
Experienced Product Manager / CPO with strong AI / ML Background
Experience in data science, classical AI and generative AI solutions
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field
15 plus years of experience in IT architecture, data engineering, and AI solution design
Proven track record in enterprise integration and product lifecycle management
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience in Databricks and Snowflake
Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field
