Texas Roadhouse is looking for passionate individuals to join their Support Center team in Louisville, KY. The Benefits Administrator will play a key role in managing employee benefits programs, maintaining accurate data, and supporting employees with their benefits inquiries and needs.

Responsibilities

Support a variety of employee benefit programs (health, retirement, leave, tuition, wellness, discounts, and more)

Maintain accurate benefits data in Workday and bswift

Assist with eligibility verification and employee enrollments

Respond to employee questions with clear, friendly communication

Support benefit events such as open enrollment, health fairs, and seminars

Help ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, and other regulations

Perform basic audits and reconcile benefit invoices for vendor payments

Partner with payroll, HRIS, accounting, and IT on routine benefit needs

Educate employees on benefits in an accessible, easy‑to-understand way

Assist with team projects and departmental needs as requested

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communication, Finance, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered

1–3 years of HR, benefits, or communications experience is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
