Residential Program Assistant

The Arc of Washington County is seeking a Residential Program Assistant to support their Adult Residential Program. In this role, you will provide administrative and clerical support, ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining a supportive environment for individuals served.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Residential Program
Demonstrate strong customer service and person-centered practices
Process monthly documentation accurately and on time
Assist with maintaining Arc property, including vehicles and equipment
Support purchases for the program and individuals supported
Multitask while following established procedures
Provide emergency direct-care coverage in a residential home when needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years clerical/administrative experience
Minimum of 1 year working in an Adult Residential setting
Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience
Ability to lift/transfer 50 lbs. and implement proper safety/restraint techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to safely transport individuals when needed
