Responsibilities
Build and manage the master program plan, timelines, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies
Drive alignment across Data, IT, Marketing, Insights, and Omnichannel teams
Run program forums, set agendas, document decisions, and track action items to closure
Maintain the program roadmap, manage interdependencies, and ensure synchronized delivery across workstreams
Provide clear stakeholder updates and support adoption of new processes and operating models
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in program or project management, ideally within pharma or biotech environments
Strong communication skills with executive-level presence and stakeholder management ability
Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Comfortable working with data, analytics, AI/ML, or omnichannel initiatives
Able to work onsite in the Boston/Cambridge area at least three days per week (hybrid model)
