Senior Compensation Analyst
Confidential company is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support and administer their compensation programs. This role involves designing and developing compensation structures and providing analytical support to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business strategy.
Responsibilities
Supporting and administering the company’s compensation philosophy and programs for the corporate workforce
Supporting the design, development, and administration of compensation structures, job architecture, and performance-related programs
Delivering data-driven insights that support effective pay decisions, talent attraction, and retention
Providing professional-level analytical support across core compensation processes, ensuring consistency, internal equity, and market competitiveness across the organization
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills with experience in compensation analysis and design
Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets
Experience with job architecture and compensation structures
Knowledge of compensation compliance and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in compensation software and tools
Preferred
Experience in a corporate HR environment
Familiarity with performance-related programs
Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Certification in compensation or related HR field (e.g., CCP, GRP)
