Responsibilities
Hands-on work with the system development life cycle and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Implementing Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and running security assessments across various platforms
Building RMF documentation, including security plans, testing plans, and compliance analysis
Conducting vulnerability scans and compliance checks in a DevSecOps environment
Collaborating with teams, customers, and stakeholders to solve complex cybersecurity challenges
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Department of Defense TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required at time of hire
U.S. citizenship is required
Strong expertise in systems engineering and cybersecurity frameworks like NIST SP 800-37 and 800-53
Experience with STIGs, security policies, and vulnerability assessments for different systems and devices
Proficiency in developing RMF documentation and performing compliance scans
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
ATS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph, plus an active Security+ or CISSP certification
This position is on-site in a classified facility in Scottsdale, AZ
Must meet the security clearance and certification requirements stated above
