They are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Systems Specialist (Tech Support) to support their IT department in maintaining and optimizing computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of hardware and software systems
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
Willing to travel to remote locations to install new equipment and/or diagnose technical issues. (In these instances, a company vehicle will be provided)
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Participate in system upgrades and improvements
Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures
Collaborate with team members on various IT projects
Mandatory on-call rotation
Mandatory Saturday rotation
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of computer networks, hardware, and software
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
