Responsibilities
Support renewal negotiations to optimize contract terms while maintaining customer trust
Assist in driving the renewals process and ensuring timely contract execution
Help prepare and present renewal proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to develop clear renewal strategies based on data insights
Help manage renewal forecasts and resolve customer inquiries
Maintain accurate records and support process improvements
Qualification
Required
Students pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Marketing, MIS or related field; not graduating prior to December 2026
