Responsibilities

Own deal-related escalations for the Nutanix partnership across the Americas
Manage and resolve:
Disallowed or conflicted deal registrations
Partner overlap and ownership disputes
Cost relief and HTV threshold exception requests
Navigate client's escalation paths including alliances, pricing, deal desks, and partner teams
Advocate effectively for Nutanix while maintaining credibility and alignment with our client's policies
Ensure escalations are handled professionally, efficiently, and with clear documentation
Track resolution status and maintain visibility for stakeholders
Act as the day-to-day operational interface between Nutanix and our client's internal stakeholders
Route partner issues to the appropriate resources, avoiding delays and generic intake queues
Protect the integrity and credibility of partner escalations
Coordinate follow-ups, action tracking, and stakeholder communication
Help establish repeatable escalation and operating models that can scale globally
Produce light reporting and analytics including:
Deal activity summaries
Escalation tracking dashboards
Trend analysis based on field feedback
Support forecasting inputs (without owning forecast accountability)
Maintain Salesforce data accuracy and reporting hygiene
Develop and maintain Excel-based tracking tools and reporting dashboards
Identify patterns that inform operational improvements
Serve as the Americas-focused escalation resource for the Nutanix partnership
Support incubation and growth initiatives with urgency and responsiveness
Contribute to the development of a scalable partner operating model
Perform additional partner execution tasks as assigned

Required

5-8+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Partner operations, Sales desk or deal management, Alliance or channel support, Revenue operations
Proven experience handling complex deal escalations and cross-functional coordination
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft productivity tools
Strong execution mindset with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable managing ambiguity and time-sensitive escalations
Able to push issues forward diplomatically without being confrontational
Professional communication style with moderate executive presence
Highly organized, reliable, and responsive
Strong collaboration, influencing, and facilitation skills
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Preferred

Prior Nutanix experience
Familiarity with Technology company partner programs or ISV ecosystems
Exposure to hyperscaler or alliance environments
Experience with co-sell motions or partner deal registration processes
