Responsibilities
Lead HVAC and mechanical projects from pre-construction through completion, managing schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and building management
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and resolve challenges proactively
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an HVAC or Mechanical Project Manager, ideally with commercial projects in NYC
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical construction, and building services
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Preferred
Familiarity with NYC building codes preferred
