They are seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst to support the HRIS Team in implementing and maintaining HR technology solutions, ensuring data integrity, and providing functional support for HR systems.

Responsibilities
Provides HR system daily functional support including troubleshooting system issues as well as performing regular maintenance, access and data updates
Guards data and process integrity thru regular audits of both system and HRIS process integrity; investigating errors, providing data analysis, watching the impacts of system configuration changes
Serves as a HRIS system expert including creating and maintaining system training tools, communicating system changes to HR user teams, providing ongoing training to new and existing users
Supports the exchange of accurate HR data between all internal and 3rd party vendors including designing new reporting and interface tools, documenting and tracking ongoing data feeds, and regularly auditing the integrity of data exchange tools and processes
Works with HRIS Team and IS to develop specifications for system enhancements; tests and implements new or modified solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field required
Five years of increasingly responsible analyst-type experience required
Project Management skills required
MS Office skills required including Excel, Access and Word
Report writing skills required
Strong collaboration skills, including guiding teamwork and facilitating communication
Must be detail-oriented and accurate
Must have ability to use good judgment and handle confidential information appropriately
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, problem analysis and resolution skills
Must have ability to stay organized, be self-directed, multi-task and prioritize
Preferred
HR and HR systems experience strongly preferred
UKG Pro experience preferred
Strong understanding of HR processes, impact on HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment and Payroll preferred
