They are seeking a full-time onsite Test and Commissioning Lead who will manage and execute testing activities for railway signaling subsystems, ensuring compliance with standards and delivering exceptional results to customers.

Responsibilities
Managing and executing T&C activities for railway signaling subsystems (e.g., IXL, ATC, DCS, etc.) until their successful completion and handover to the customer or warranty
Lead test activities on railway signaling systems, ensuring compliance with approved procedures, standards, regulations, and local laws
Conduct deep troubleshooting of wayside/railway systems, identifying root causes of failures and defining sustainable solutions with the support of the Test team and Engineering
Organizing T&C activities (Planning, Access, Resource allocation, Documentation)
Conducting deep troubleshooting of signaling systems and equipment to ensure successful project delivery
Qualification
Required
Degree in engineering technology or equivalent combined experience and technical education (electronics/electrical/computer/railway)
Experience or understanding of Installation, Tests & Commissioning (T&C) activities for signaling projects
Knowledge of Alstom products
Familiarity with testing and troubleshooting railway signaling systems and equipment
Valid Driver License with a clean record
Strong leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills
Proactive mindset with attention to detail
Flexibility and mobility to work at night, during weekends, and on public holidays, including short or long missions in different locations and countries
Strong relationship and reporting skills to management and customers
Rigorous approach and ability to work collaboratively within a team
