Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of dedicated professional experience within the solar energy industry
A proven technical background working on both rooftop and ground mount solar installations
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a strong preference for Electrical Engineering
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification with a significant preference for a Professional Engineer (PE) license
Specific experience managing or reviewing projects in the 1MW - 10MW distributed generation or community solar range
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and PvSyst for the purpose of validating third-party engineering and energy production models
A demonstrated ability to work with total autonomy in a self-driven environment that requires no hand-holding
Extensive experience in technical due diligence and the comprehensive review of engineering design packages
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with external engineering partners and internal stakeholders
