Mid LevelPella Windows & Doors of Montana is seeking an Engineering Support Technician - 3 who will work independently throughout the manufacturing plants. The role involves analyzing, modifying, and building various machines and tools while collaborating with other personnel during project phases.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, including overtime as needed
Analyze, modify, and build machines, tools, fixtures, jigs, templates, and guards
Analyze and implement engineering projects
Troubleshoot engineering and maintenance issues
Maintain a valid powered industrial vehicle (PIV) license if applicable
Lead project teams and participate in process improvement workshops
Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, including overtime as needed
Comply with all safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures
Rotate to other positions as needed and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong computer, mechanical and math aptitude
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to work with internal and external customers
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving, adaptability, and decision-making abilities
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate respectfully in a team setting
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
Training timeline for this position is up to 12 weeks or more
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Manufacturing experience preferred
