Responsibilities

Works under the guidance of lead to perform breakout and tool prep operations per schedule
Prep tools with releasing agent and uses knifes and scrappers to remove any debris left from previous part. Stage tool for layup operations
Removed tools and parts from oven after curing process is complete
Removes all bagging material from part and tool and removes part form tool with use of basic hand tools such as shim and hammer
Delivers and stages parts in next operation area

Qualification

Required

Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification
6 months of composites or related experience

Preferred

Textron Aviation's blueprint reading class
