Responsibilities

Team up with business units to spot automation opportunities and evaluate what’s possible
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA and AI solutions that eliminate repetitive manual work
Analyze existing workflows and reimagine them using intelligent automation
Embed AI capabilities like NLP, machine learning, and predictive analytics into automation solutions
Monitor and maintain automation solutions to ensure they’re secure, scalable, and performing at their best
Create clear documentation solution designs, technical specs, and user guides
Train and support business users and citizen developers so automation scales beyond IT
Ensure everything you build meets internal governance, security, and regulatory standards
Complete required compliance training (online, written, and in-person)
Jump in on other exciting initiatives as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Engineering
8+ years in intelligent automation, RPA, or digital transformation
3+ years leading enterprise or cross-department automation initiatives in financial services
Proven success delivering measurable efficiency or compliance gains at scale
Hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
Experience working in or with financial institutions and navigating regulatory environments
Exceptional communicator who can mentor, guide, and inspire others
Able to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
Strong understanding of compliance requirements and how to implement them
Sharp problem-solver with a passion for automation-driven efficiency
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and stakeholders
Takes ownership, thinks proactively, and consistently delivers results
Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately in regulated environments
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
Cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Data visualization, process mining, or workflow orchestration tools
Scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, T-SQL, or C#

Preferred

Master's degree preferred
Related military education or experience may substitute for education or work experience
