Responsibilities
Conduct construction materials testing and assessments according to project specifications and standards
Performing field observations
Documenting progress
Preparing detailed reports
Ensuring compliance with engineering plans
Collaboration with project managers and other team members to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Qualification
Required
Experience in field observations, performing construction materials testing, and ensuring project compliance
Strong technical knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles, construction materials, and testing methods
Proficiency in report preparation, documentation, and compliance protocols
Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and travel between job sites
High school diploma required
Preferred
Certification in construction materials testing or related fields (e.g., ACI, NICET) is an advantage
Previous experience in geotechnical or construction materials testing
An Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
