GTM Strategy & Operations manager (GTM Lead) - Auto Insurance

The GTM Strategy & Operations Manager will lead market development and revenue generation for a new auto insurance technology platform, combining business development and customer relationship management while collaborating closely with the CTO and founder.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the auto insurance platform
Own the full revenue lifecycle: build pipeline, close new customers
Build senior-level relationships with agency principals and carrier/MGA partners
Partner with CTO and founder to translate feedback into product requirements
Create business cases, ROI models, and business plans for new segments
Represent the company at select industry events
Establish repeatable sales and account management processes
Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecast, and key metrics

Required

10+ years in auto insurance (agency, carrier, MGA, TPA) with proven new business track record
Demonstrated success in startup or new-product launch environment
Strong solopreneur profile (self-starter, strong work ethic, independent)
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and Insurtech/SaaS solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or related field required

Preferred

Property & Casualty (P&C) license and advanced insurance designations (e.g., CPCU, CIC, ARM)
