Responsibilities
Create, edit, and troubleshoot CMM programs in PC-DMIS
Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on high-precision machined components
Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T
Document inspection results and maintain AS9100-compliant quality records
Support nonconformance investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Partner with machining and engineering teams to resolve dimensional and quality issues
Qualification
Required
Hands-on CMM programming experience in PC-DMIS
Ability to independently program Hexagon CMM machines in PC-DMIS
Experience in an AS9100 aerospace or similarly regulated ISO manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
US Citizenship is required due to ITAR regulations
Preferred
Background in aerospace, defense, or space hardware manufacturing
Inspection experience with tight-tolerance, multi-axis CNC machined parts
