Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge GenAI applications that improve client experiences and drive business impact
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with enterprise strategies and technical standards
Implement best practices for system reliability, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence
Lead rapid iteration cycles from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Mentor and coach junior engineers, promoting best practices, code quality, and professional growth
Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response frameworks to uphold system health and uptime
Advance engineering standards across the team, emphasizing operational excellence and quality assurance
Solve complex technical challenges involving distributed systems, ambiguous data, and scalable architectures
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends, proactively integrating relevant innovations into projects
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of software development experience
At least 4 years in a senior engineering capacity within startups or large organizations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Demonstrated success in building complex products from inception to production
Experience with AI models—particularly large language models (LLMs)—and deploying them in production environments
Familiarity with cloud-native applications, containers, infrastructure as code, and working with large datasets
Strong fundamentals in computer science
Excellent communication skills
Proactive mindset for continuous learning
