Responsibilities
Monitor systems, applications, and data transmissions to ensure operational health
Identify, investigate, escalate, and resolve production and customer-related issues
Use monitoring tools such as Splunk and/or Dynatrace for alerting and diagnostics
Provide technical support to customers, vendors, and third-party service providers
Support network processing, file exchanges, and system checks
Maintain documentation and follow NOC operational procedures
Provide coverage for 24/7 NOC operations
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in a NOC or Operations environment
Hands-on experience with Splunk or Dynatrace
Experience working in 24/7, shift-based operations
Knowledge of network concepts and terminologies
Familiarity with Windows and UNIX operating systems
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
