Responsibilities
Support and lead engineering initiatives that enhance service levels, quality, and working conditions within the Distribution Center
Analyze and evaluate DC systems, processes, layouts, and tools to improve capacity, throughput, productivity, accuracy, and visibility
Develop, test, and implement new processes and system functionality to support distribution operations and evolving customer requirements
Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize workflows across the distribution center
Prioritize and execute projects based on operational need, effort, ROI, and interdependencies
Review analyses, reports, and recommendations to support data‑driven decision making
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives tied to operational performance and supply chain growth
Support a safe, organized, and secure facility environment
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a distribution center, supply chain, or similar operational environment
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related engineering/science field preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, create reports, and present insights
Advanced Excel proficiency (data management, pivot tables, reporting)
Experience supporting or leading continuous improvement initiatives
Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and critical‑thinking skills
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams
Ability to communicate effectively with both hourly teams and leadership
Experience handling confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
Occasional on‑call support on select Sundays may be required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related engineering/science field
