The role involves working with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure training and assessment of all partners, creating career pathways through ongoing training, and supervising nursing partners as assigned.

Responsibilities

Working with the interdisciplinary care team, to assure all partners within center are trained and assessed
Creates pathways for all partners for a successful career through ongoing training, mentorships, and orientation processes
Conducts in person training and oversee computer training for all partners
Supervise nursing partners as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator

Required

South Carolina RN Nursing license. (May consider other degrees)
