Responsibilities
Conduct and coordinate training activities that improve individual and organizational performance
Provide administrative support for training classes and other training team members; including but not limited to: maintaining class rosters, attendance sheets, assessments, test logs, evaluations, etc., and updating electronic training documents and resources
Assist in scheduling training sessions; support the coordination of training room set-up, audio-visual set-up, supplies and participant notifications for training events
Identify and recommend changes to policies and procedures; compile training evaluations to support ongoing revisions of training programs to enhance training effectiveness
Oversee trainees, subject matter experts and associate training specialists
Report to Training Supervisor
Facilitate engaging learning through classroom instruction, virtual technologies (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) and hybrid methodologies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required and 4+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Michigan residency required
Internet speed of 25mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)
Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router
Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US
Preferred
Experience as a subject matter expert/mentor in training preferred
Experience supporting the Michigan Enrollment Services team preferred
Call center experience a plus
