Managing user accounts, permissions, and device configurations across Windows, macOS, and cloud directories
Supporting ticket queues using ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Freshservice
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Maintaining system documentation and asset tracking practices
Assisting with onboarding/offboarding workflows and device provisioning
