Responsibilities
Process and manage daily billing activities, including new account setups, portal activations, add-ons, account cancellations, and service removals
Prepare, review, and post manual invoices in QuickBooks across multiple brands and business lines
Reconcile billing data between Stripe and QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions
Handle customer billing inquiries, credit card updates, failed payments, and account adjustments promptly
Manage contract and pricing requests and obtain necessary approvals from Sales or Management for billing changes or cancellations
Perform regular account reviews and reconciliations to support accurate reporting and smooth close processes
Identify and communicate process bottlenecks, working with management to improve efficiency and consistency in billing operations
Maintain up-to-date documentation on billing procedures, workflows, and approval protocols
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience required
2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online; experience with Stripe or other payment processors preferred
High attention to detail with strong organizational and data reconciliation skills
Ability to manage multiple billing cycles and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams
Preferred

Experience with Stripe or other payment processors preferred
