Responsibilities
Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
Install and support the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of hardware and software that drive the company’s portfolio of applications
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure system integration
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal functionality and performance
Develop and maintain system documentation, including procedures, diagrams, and technical reports
Participate in incident response and problem resolution efforts under the guidance of senior engineers
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and security enhancements
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support IT projects and initiatives
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and junior team members
Qualification
Required
Education: Associate/bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in systems engineering, IT support, or a related role
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls)
Ability to use AI tools to assist with system troubleshooting, automation development, documentation, and operational best practices
Preferred
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus
Competence in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Terraform or PowerShell)
Familiarity with virtualization and containerization (VMware, Docker, or Kubernetes)
Exposure to cybersecurity principles and best practices
Experience with system monitoring and automation tools is a plus
