Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives
Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Ensure best practices in Salesforce administration, including security, data management, and integration
Conduct system audits and performance tuning to optimize Salesforce applications
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features, providing recommendations for enhancements
Mentor junior team members and provide training on Salesforce best practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Salesforce Administration
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
Ability to design and implement integrations with other systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and administration is required
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator)
Experience with Agile methodologies
Familiarity with DevOps practices in Salesforce
Knowledge of other CRM platforms and their integration with Salesforce
