Purchasing Administrative Assistant
FID, Inc. is an interior design company focusing on residential development and planning. They are seeking a Purchasing Administrative Assistant to organize data management systems, assist project managers, and maintain inventory control while ensuring a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Organize and maintain data management systems
Assist project managers with ordering of materials and communicating with builders
Data entry and weekly scheduling for installations
Keep up with all upcoming projects
Maintain appliance inventory control
Maintain samples and keep them organized
Manage and organize all paperwork in the office
Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum bachelor's degree education or equivalent experience preferably in design or construction business
Minimum 3 Years of experience
Strong work ethic and reliability
Understand the value of confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Administrative skills
Microsoft Office Suite – Excel
Great customer service
High attention to detail
Multi-tasker and ability to apply common sense
Proactive, planner, problem solver and team player
Preferred
Basic QuickBooks knowledge preferred
Bilingual (Preferred not required)
