Start in 2026 SummerARCO, a Family of Construction Companies, is seeking a highly motivated College Safety Intern/Co-op who is passionate about the construction process. The intern will assist Safety Managers by visiting jobsites and gaining hands-on experience while performing critical safety-related tasks.

Responsibilities
Visit Jobsites and get hands on experience from our expert field personnel on projects in a variety of industries including distribution, office, foodservice, multi-family housing, entertainment and more
Hone your safety skills working directly with an experienced Safety Manager on design/build construction projects including Fortune 500 companies, award winning commercial real estate developers and small business end users
Make a meaningful contribution to ARCO’s success by performing critical safety related tasks
Qualification
Required
Minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0 out of 4.0
Enrolled in Environmental Health and Safety programs, or other related degree programs
Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic
Ability to travel nationwide to visit projects
Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence
Preferred
Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred, but not required
