Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree with a master's or MBA being preferred
At least five years of experience working with external investment managers or direct management of investment portfolios
Three years of experience with Liquid Alternative Strategies (Trend Following, Alternative Risk Premia, Multi-Strategy, Macro, etc.)
Have an aptitude for understanding financial information
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as mathematical operations, probability and statistical inference, test reliability validity, analysis of variance and correlation techniques
The ability to become licensed as a State Retirement System Investment Officer (SRSIO) within six months of hire and to abide by the OPERS Personal Trading Policy is required
