Responsibilities
Complete a wide range of administrative and support tasks
Utilize and perform data entry in billing software systems
Complete incentive payroll
Manage referral overflow
Qualification
Required
The qualified candidate must have a minimum of five years experience with administrative support, preferably in healthcare or human services
Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel experience is required
Candidate must be comfortable communicating in person and on the phone with managing referral overflow
Massachusetts residency required
Applicant must have an active driver's license and ability to be at work on time with some potential travel to corporate sites on an annual or quarterly basis required
Background and driving record checks will be performed
Preferred
Experience with billing systems, data reconciliation, and payroll processing is preferred
