Order Support Specialist
iPROMOTEu is one of the largest and fastest growing distributor organizations in the promotional products industry. The Order Support Specialist will work closely with senior team members to coordinate logistics, respond to inquiries, and participate in department initiatives and programs.

Responsibilities
Maintain multiple e-mail inboxes and with the advice of Senior Order Support and Assistant Manager, act on all incoming inquiries, responding to factory partners and customers alike with substantive, timely solutions
At the instruction of senior department staff and our customers, conduct phone calls to factory partners to obtain information in support of production and shipment of goods
In addition to completion of core responsibilities, responsible for work on several separate department initiatives and programs
Order Support Specialists will also participate in telephone & web conference calls with Customers as well as maintain persistent communication via e-mail at the instruction of senior department staff
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Associate degree or higher in Customer Service Management, Communications or related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional office setting
Preferred
Experience with promotional product supplier operations a plus
