Responsibilities

Take full ownership of therapist and coach business performance

Drive measurable outcomes across conversion, revenue and client growth

Define what success looks like and enforce it consistently

Lead execution-focused business coaching that drives action, not theory

Push practitioners to sell, price confidently and close clients

Challenge avoidance around sales, visibility and niche clarity

Enable therapists and coaches to convert inbound leads into clients

Embed simple, effective sales frameworks that get used

Build follow-up discipline and commercial accountability

Design and implement upsell pathways across sessions, programmes and longer-term journeys

Help practitioners maximise value per client without compromising integrity

Increase average revenue per practitioner

Teach practitioners how to leverage the brand to their advantage

Drive niche clarity so offers speak directly to real buyers

Eliminate vague positioning that does not convert

Ensure the platform is used as a growth engine, not a content library

Hold practitioners accountable for implementation

Feed back commercial blockers to leadership and product teams

Set clear expectations and performance benchmarks

Confidently manage underperformance and disengagement

Remove practitioners who will not implement or sell
