Responsibilities

Provide strategic insights, platform best practices, audience behavior, and social media trends throughout the process
Ideate on creative ideas and distribution strategies that will lead to project success
Draft content launch plans to guide the successful execution of our work
Oversee content launches to track, monitor, and optimize performance and ensure compliance
Partner closely with our creative team and so that data, insights, and trends inform our ideation and creative execution
Evaluate distribution and talent partners to ensure clients’ business objectives and KPIs are being met
Collect and analyze data, providing insights and learnings for our clients and team

Required

4-7 years of hands-on experience working in digital and social content, with a focus on audience development and an ability to connect brand objectives to content strategy
A deep understanding of social media metrics for reach and engagement across YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, TikTok, and others
Innate data analysis and interpretation skills
Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate complex ideas in clear, concise language
An ability to balance the quantitative and qualitative side of the strategy process
Ability to proactively solve challenges, keeping up the momentum of the work and maintaining positive team collaboration
An appreciation of the creator ecosystem, audiences and community building across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, Snapchat, TikTok, and Twitter
Experience with data platforms such as YouTube analytics, and third-party tools like CreatorIQ, Tubular Labs, and more
