Responsibilities
Conduct field assessments, testing, and construction observations for a variety of structural systems (prestressed concrete, reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, timber)
Analyze field data and perform structural calculations or modeling for evaluation and repair design
Prepare technical reports summarizing investigations, analyses, and recommendations
Collaborate with project teams to develop design documents and specifications
Support construction administration, including reviewing submittals and conducting site visits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in structural or civil engineering (ABET-accredited)
2–5 years of experience in structural design, evaluation, or restoration preferred
Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience or willingness to learn structural analysis/design software (SAP, RISA, Enercalc, Adapt PT, ETABS) and AutoCAD/Revit
