Responsibilities
Partner with sales teams to drive technical wins and guide customers through solution design
Define and manage proofs of value, ensuring optimal throughput, latency, and relevance
Design and deploy resilient, high-availability search architectures capable of handling large-scale workloads and strict enterprise SLAs
Lead architectural reviews, migration assessments, and technical workshops focused on semantic search, RAG, and agentic AI solutions
Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders
Represent the voice of the customer and collaborate with product teams to influence roadmap and features
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Developer Relations, Support, and Business Development to ensure successful deployments
Contribute to go-to-market initiatives and technical solution strategies
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience delivering technical solutions in a customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar)
Experience designing or supporting distributed systems and high-scale architectures
Strong understanding of cloud-native environments and Kubernetes
Experience estimating infrastructure requirements, TCO, and enterprise sizing
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences
Experience with Python, Golang, or Typescript/JavaScript (or similar)
Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes, infosec reviews, and technical due diligence
Experience performance tuning complex systems for reliability and scalability
Preferred
Experience with vector databases or search technologies (e.g., Solr, Lucene, or similar)
Background in semantic search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or AI infrastructure
