Leading change-management and performance measurement projects; ensuring financial/controls compliance; integrating multisystem solutions; and delivering executive coaching
Ensuring the successful accomplishment of assigned tasks under the contract, including to support Change Management and Communications (Task 1); Strategic Planning and Analysis (Task 2); Business Transformation and Initiative Management (Task 3); Process and Performance Improvement (Task Four); Project Management Strategic Planning, Analysis and Governance Support (Task Five); Facilitation, Coordination, and Documentation Support (Task Six); and Business and Project Management Support (Task Seven)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field AND PMP/DHS mid-level PM/Six Sigma MBB (or equivalent)
Minimum of 7 years of experience with a BA or 5 years of experience with an MA or higher
Experience providing change-management, analytical services, or related support to the Coast Guard, particularly for the Business Operations Division, or for other Government agencies supporting missions related to national security, homeland security, or law
Experience providing executive coaching or related to support to the Coast Guard, particularly for the Business Operations Division, or for other Government agencies supporting missions related to national security, homeland security, or law
