Responsibilities
Assist in the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making
Prepare financial models and valuation analyses
Support the development of business cases and presentations for senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data
Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the development of long-term strategies
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, STEM, or a related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
