Responsibilities
Edit healthcare-related educational content for accuracy, clarity, structure, and consistency
Perform line editing and copyediting for grammar, usage, and adherence to internal style guides and industry standards (e.g., AMA Manual of Style)
Collaborate closely with content developers, instructional designers, clinical editors, project managers, and image coordinators to ensure content meets quality, style, and educational objectives
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
Participate in virtual meetings and collaborate via Microsoft Teams and other internal communication tools
Adapt to evolving workflows and technologies, contributing to process improvements and new content development approaches
Qualification
Required
Exceptional editing skills and attention to detail
Experience working in content management systems
Comfortable with learning new technologies
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience editing professional STM content (not consumer facing)
