Provide hands-on repair and maintenance support, tracking work order requests and managing vendors as needed
Support any construction or renovation projects with overseeing of vendors, timelines, and more
Maintain inventory of equipment, appliances, furniture, and supplies
Provide customer service to all staff and campus guests, ensuring a clean and safe environment
Assist with additional facilities-related tasks as required
Qualification
Required
2+ years of facility experience is required
A high school diploma is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
Customer service oriented with high professionalism
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
