Sr. Business Development Specialist - Upstream Transaction & Execution (Position based in Saudi Arabia)

Responsibilities

Consultant's documentation review
Conduct due diligence, develop financial valuation of targets, formulate deal structures, and carry out negotiations up to deal closure
Conduct internal and external assessments to reveal emerging trends that would present future business challenges to overcome and / or new business opportunities to explore
Perform initial sanity checks on documentation packages to ensure all activities are captured, accurately reviewed and processed in a timely manner
Management of queries addressed by Advisors
Updating of documentation and processing status in the inventory database as per clearly defined processes
Dealing with Company' requests concerning different changes on transaction
Effective communication and close cooperation with representative of other COMPANY departments
Execute assigned tasks ensuring that the expected deliverables are submitted within the defined timelines and are as per the quality requirements
Assist in the due diligence activities in accordance with established methodologies and approaches as per the due diligence checklist
Assist in the development of reports and presentations pertaining to the investment opportunities, in order to evaluate the risk/return parameters of the acquisition, and to facilitate informed decision-making
Keep up-to-date with market developments to develop basic understanding of various transaction related products and principles
Assist in the development and maintenance of strategic relationships with key external stakeholders to facilitate M&A matters
Convert raw data and information into actionable business intelligence to enable the identification of new business opportunities at their early stage
You are willing and able to relocate to Saudi Arabia

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance from an accredited university
Minimum of 10 years of experience in transaction execution
5 years of experience in conducting external audits, or other financial or tax due diligence experience
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
Solid understanding of business model
Experience with risks reporting and risks dashboard
Understanding of Portfolio management principles
You are willing and able to relocate to Saudi Arabia
