Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will own and grow a defined book of under-served accounts, drive revenue through consistent outreach, and promote new products while managing priorities to ensure a strong customer experience.

Responsibilities
Own and grow a defined book of under-served accounts
Drive revenue through consistent outbound outreach and account penetration
Promote new products/programs and educate customers on available solutions and resources
Build simple account plans and manage priorities using a crawl/walk/run approach
Track activity and pipeline in CRM while coordinating internally to deliver a strong customer experience
Qualification
Required
2+ years of inside sales experience in a B2B environment (manufacturing/distribution a plus)
Proven “hunter” mindset with comfort in proactive outbound outreach
Strong consultative selling skills—able to educate customers and influence buying decisions
Consistent, disciplined CRM usage to manage pipeline, follow-up, and activity tracking
Organized, coachable, and team-oriented—strong communication/time management in a fast-paced setting
