Responsibilities
To Develop and maintain financial baselines for programs
Detailed Analysis of program costs, revenue and profit
Support Program Managers with EACs
Detailed Analysis of labor, material, ODCs
Identify opportunities for creative ways to improve processes
Identify opportunities for revenue and profit
Support FP&A at the company level with data to drive the business
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance and economics
3+ years' experience with business finance, startups
U.S. Citizenship
Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance
Strong critical and analytical thinking
Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work well under pressure, be onsite and work additional hours if needed
Preferred
6+ years' experience with excel
Secret Clearance preferred
Pro Pricer experience
Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to be productive in a dynamic environment
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Strong oral and written communications skills
