Lead/StaffAnblicks is seeking a visionary Lead .NET Developer / Architect with deep Azure expertise. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end architectural design of cloud-native applications and lead a team of engineers to drive technical excellence and establish best practices.

Responsibilities
Define the architectural roadmap for backend services using C# and .NET Core/8+, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
Oversee the design and deployment of global-scale applications using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB
Lead the integration strategy between .NET microservices and MuleSoft APIs. Architect data transformation logic and ensure robust connectivity between enterprise systems
Define standards for Azure API Management (APIM) and MuleSoft API Manager, focusing on security, versioning, and developer experience
Conduct high-level code and design reviews. Mentor junior and mid-level developers in both .NET best practices and integration logic
Architect advanced CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, incorporating automated testing, security scanning, and blue-green deployment strategies
Act as the final point of escalation for complex technical issues spanning the full stack, from low-level .NET performance tuning to MuleSoft orchestration bottlenecks
Qualification
Required
Expert-level C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and Microservices Architecture
Deep experience with Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, Key Vault)
Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Anypoint Studio, DataWeave 2.0, RAML/OAS)
MS SQL Server (Performance tuning, partitioning) and NoSQL experience
Git, Azure DevOps, Postman, Anypoint Studio, Docker/Kubernetes

Extensive experience with API-led connectivity (System, Process, and Experience layers)
MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect credentials
Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and managing stakeholder expectations
Deep understanding of Cloud Design Patterns (Circuit Breaker, CQRS, Event Sourcing)
